• Eligibility: Any item purchased from Mystic Thrift Store is eligible for a return or refund, no questions asked. Whether it’s a vintage find that doesn’t quite fit your vibe or a custom creation that missed the mark, we’ve got you covered.
• Initiate a Return: Simply drop our customer service team a line at customer.service@mysticthriftstore.com to request a return. We’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us, hassle-free.
• Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll promptly process your refund. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Keep in mind that processing times may vary slightly depending on your financial institution.

• Return Shipping: We’ll cover the cost of return shipping for eligible items. Just use the prepaid label we provide, and you’re good to go.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We’ll gladly arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
